Tank for fuel transport
To solve the fuel transport problem, Emiliana Serbatoi has designed and produced
TRASPO ® container line, type-approved by the Ministry of Transport and
compliant with the ADR/label standards and UN marked.
TRASPO ® containers are built with carbon steel, tight welded and are externally
protected by a wire cage.
Horizontal (Mod. 380-620-910) and vertical (Mod. 250-450) cylinder axis tanks,
assembled inside a shock proof and anti-roll protective casing.
They are electrostatically powder coated in a furnace, after undergoing a
blasting treatment, and then supplied with inside wave break bulkheads (only for
620 and 910 models).
Ø 300 mm hermetically sealed upper lock chamber with plate and a 10 mm thickness
counter flange, bolts and gaskets. Ø 2" safety valve according to law.
Ball cock installed on the suction nozzle, equipped with a lever interacting
with a gravity tab to prevent unwanted opening. Plates for balanced lifting from
the top, including when fully loaded. Side holes for truck forks fitting and
base holes for anchorage to the platform, when applicable.
Ready for earthing and equipotential connection.
TRASPO ® can be provided with an output unit located in a furnace coated metal
cabinet, key lockable, created according to the customer’s requirements. |
