The first working phase, regarding the screw base calendering, the submerged arc welding and all necessary inspection and tank pressure seal tests, takes place in the carpentry department.
Coating
The coating phase is carried out inside an extremely innovative cabin supplied with an advanced system for the ectrostatic coating.
Assembly
During the assembly phase, all technical components of Traspo®, Tank Fuel and double-wall buried tanks are assembled.
Testing
Before they are put on the market, all the tank components undergo an accurate quality check through strict technical tests carried out by means of highly technological equipment.
