PUMP COMPARTMENT:

Corrosion-resistant chassis and panels.
Compact volumetric vane pump, cast iron body, equipped with inline strainer, check valve, air eliminator and internal adjustable by-pass valve.
Flow rate: 80 lpm.
Three phases, 400V - 50 Hz motor or single-phase BC (option) - 50 Hz power supply.
Four-piston meter, consisting of a sleeved body in which four pistons drive two connecting rods, guaranteeing enhanced reliability. Accuracy: +/- 0.2%.
Electronic head with calculator or mechanical register.
LCD display with backlight.
High precision Eltomatic pulser, ready to be connected with a fuel management system.
ZVA automatic fuel nozzle.
5 m of flexible rubber hose.
EEXD - ATEX certified motor in compliance with European Directive Atex 94/9/CE.

FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:

Power Supply: single-phase 230 V - 50 Hz.
The fuel management system reads the parameters set on the Tag and allows the refuelling only if it has complied with the instructions that are displayed (by entering odometer reading, personnel codes, etc.).
It allows the independent management of the system without needs of supervision or dedicated personnel.
It records all data on Microsoft SQL database.
It processes statistics and average calculation of fuel consumption.
Every fuelling operation is tracked and processed.
Continuous monitoring and management of tanks’ stock.
It permits several customized restrictions for each TAG, as maximum number of deliveries, product and quantity for any TAG, working time-restrictions, setting of personal password/code as well as many others.
The system can be updated via TAG, LAN, USB connection or SMS.
Operations can be filtered and displayed on the basis of date, driver, vehicle, site, dispenser, as well as between two dates, by day, week, month and many other parameters.
