Expandability and Configuration

Extended Capacity
The system operates using pulsers or probes. Emilcloud® supports up to 3 expansion boards to manage a total of 9 Pulsers and 18 probes.
Flexible Configuration
Multiple dispensers can be configured on a single tank or complex configurations can be created for large installations.
Compatible Probes
o DIGIMAG (XMT) (recommended),
o ES-LEVEL (up to 5 meters),
o OCIO (limit of 1 per panel via RS232)
 

Continuity and Backup

Real-Time Backup
A pre-installed and removable SD card performs a constant backup of the panel status. In the event of hardware failure, the card can be inserted into a new panel for immediate Restore.
Emergency UPS Battery and Blackout Management
A new power supply manages a UPS battery that activates in case of blackout. Operations interrupted due to power loss are saved and automatically transmitted when the system restarts.
Manual Dispensing
If the panel is switched off, the I/O board stores the total liters dispensed. These data can later be manually entered into the cloud management system.
External Operations Entry
It is also possible to manually enter into the system operations carried out outside company depots, combining them with internal costs to generate overall consumption averages.
 

Setup and Updates

Setup Automation
Changes made on the portal (drivers, vehicles, depots, job sites) are automatically sent to the panel every 5 minutes. In the absence of connectivity, a manual download can still be forced via mobile hotspot connection or via upload through USB flash drive.
Tank Tables Management
Measurement tables can be uploaded and adjusted directly from the cloud and sent to the panel without the need for on-site intervention.
Firmware
Firmware updates (panel program software) are performed remotely via OTA. In case of detected bugs or software malfunctions, the panel operating system firmware is updated through direct internet connection.

Smart Connectivity and Alerts

Connection Options
The panel integrates three connection modes, which can also be activated simultaneously, managed according to a predefined priority order:
1. LAN (Ethernet cable) - Highest priority.
2. Native Wi-Fi - No external access points required.
3. 4G SIM / Modem - For remote locations.
In case of emergency or absence of SIM signal, the panel can connect to an external Mobile Hotspot (smartphone).

Localization and Monitoring

GPS Integrated: 
Allows precise localization of panels and tanks on the dashboard map. For installations in enclosed environments (e.g. containers), an external antenna extension is available.
Web Alerts (Even without SIM): 
Even without a physical SIM, the system can send SMS and Email alerts (abnormal drop, temperature, water presence, reserve reached, refill detected) via LAN/Wi-Fi connection.
SMS Packages:
In addition to SMS included in the data plan, users can purchase packages (from 100 to 1000 SMS) usable across all company panels.
 

TAG – Manage User and Vehicle

Physical and Virtual TAGs
Physical TAGs remain essential to access the panel. However, user/vehicle codes can now be managed as virtual TAGs, which can be enabled or disabled remotely via cloud and API connection.
TAG Creation: configuration and writing
TAG codes are configured through cloud-based records. The creation/writing of a physical TAG (token or wristband) can take place in two ways:
•    via a PC application and USB port
•    via a mobile APP for iOS and Android using an NFC-compatible smartphone
 

Restrictions and Customization

Withdrawal Limits: 
Customizable restrictions per single operation, per day/week/month, per time slots, per depots, tanks, dispensers
Dual Product: 
Possibility to assign a TAG to two specific liquids (e.g. Diesel and AdBlue), preventing dispensing of unauthorized products
Vehicle Parameters: 
Monitoring based on KM, HOURS or both. The system displays the previous value on screen to prevent random entries.
Maintenance: 
Automatic notifications for deadlines related to drivers and vehicles, with the possibility to archive activities as “Read” or “Completed”.
 

Security and Access 

GDPR Compliance
The platform is designed to guarantee data integrity and operational transparency.
HTTPS Protocol
Uses encrypted SSL connections to prevent data theft between browser and website and to ensure secure use of the original Emilcloud platform.
Anti-Bot
The login page is protected by reCAPTCHA technology to prevent automated intrusions.
Data Security
Any manual deletion or modification of withdrawals or refuels is recorded in a non-deletable backup log page. This ensures complete monitoring of all performed operations.
Multi-Level Authentication and Permissions
It is possible to assign roles to different users with permissions and limitations on allowed operations.
Admin: Full control of the cloud and every configuration option.
Editor: Operational manager. Cannot change panel passwords, create Admins, or create new installations.
Viewer: Viewer role. Can consult data and extract reports; cannot modify or delete anything.
APP: He can only create or overwrite TAGs via the PC application or mobile app.
API Role: Available upon request for Admin for data extraction to third-party management systems.
 

Reporting

Extraction and Formats
Emilcloud offers an advanced and flexible reporting system, fully accessible through the web platform. Data can be exported directly from the portal in native Excel format.
Advanced Filters
Detailed reports can be generated by filtering information through multiple parameters: Tank and dispenser – Liquid type (e.g. Diesel or AdBlue) – User (driver) and vehicle – Time period – Totalizers.
Cost Center Management
The system allows each dispensing to be associated with a specific job order or site. This enables precise control of fuel allocation to different cost centers.
