Campogalliano, Italy, 29 december 2025 – The Italian-based Group Emiliana Serbatoi consolidates and strengthens its international growth by announcing strategic developments in the US and Indian markets through the establishment of two new operating firms headed by the company: ESUSA and ESIL. This initiative is part of a global vision of long-term development and reflects the intention to oversee priority markets for the industrial and commercial future in an increasingly direct and structured manner.
The decision to invest simultaneously in different contexts that share strong prospects demonstrates Emiliana Serbatoi’s concrete and progressive approach to internationalization. It’s a path built over time, based on market knowledge, proximity to customers, and the ability to adapt its know-how to local specificities.
United States: ESUSA for a direct presence in the leading export market
The United States is now the Group’s leading export market, that’s why Emiliana Serbatoi is developing a direct presence in this country through the creation of ES USA Corp. This project stems from the need to move closer to U.S. customers and to overcome the operational complexities linked to geographical distance, by providing a stable and well-structured local point of reference.
The goal is to ensure constant availability of local stock, a dedicated sales network, and more efficient customer service, better aligned with market needs. This approach aims to simplify purchasing processes and strengthen the Group’s competitiveness in a highly selective market.
The company, owned by Emiliana Serbatoi and its management, has its registered office in New Jersey, while operational and logistics hub is in Miami (Florida), a strategic area for managing logistics flows and overseeing the North American market. Operations are scheduled to start in January 2026, with logistics and commercial activities already ongoing for several weeks.
ESUSA will promote the entire Emiliana Serbatoi product portfolio, adapted to the needs of the local market, with the goal of delivering fully “made in USA” solutions and enhancing collaboration with American suppliers and partners. The products will be marketed under the proprietary AM-TANK brand.
India: ESIL, a strategic investment in a high-potential market
ESIL – Emiliana Serbatoi India Private Limited was established in recent months with the aim of operating in one of the most dynamic and promising markets globally. India represents a rapidly evolving scenario, characterized by growing demand for reliable solutions for fuel storage and transport, alongside the progressive maturation of the regulatory framework and safety standards.
Following a step focused on regulatory and organizational aspects as well as analysis of the commercial context, ESIL formally launched its operations at Excon, the international construction industry exhibition held in Bangalore in December 2025. The participation marked the brand’s debut on the Indian market and it was, in fact, the operational start of the company.
The registered office and main hub are in Mumbai, as a strategic center for the coordination of commercial and logistical activities. ESIL is mainly owned by Emiliana Serbatoi and operates in close synergy with the technical and commercial know-how developed in Italy, integrated with local skills, structures, and support. It’s an essential element for effectively addressing a complex and constantly changing market.
Production launch is focused on one of Emiliana Serbatoi’s best products: the 960-liter Hippotank, a polyethylene tank compliant for the transport of diesel fuel, a solution recognized internationally for safety and ease of use. The aim is to respond in a targeted way to the needs of the Indian market, with a focused but scalable offering, for future expansions of the product portfolio.
In the medium to long term, ESIL aims to become not only a reference point for the domestic market but also a strategic platform for accessing other Far East and Middle Eastern markets, within a context marked by growing attention to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
A global vision
Emiliana Serbatoi thus confirms its international development strategy, which is also based on extensive participation in the main exhibitions in the sector. Exports are one of the main assets of the company, founded in 1983 in Modena (in the north of Italy) by Gian Lauro Morselli and his father Giancarlo.
“These two projects in the United States and India represent a fundamental step in Emiliana Serbatoi's growth,” says CEO Gian Lauro Morselli. “India and the United States are very different markets, but they share enormous potential. With ESUSA and ESIL, we want to be closer to our customers, gain a thorough understanding of local needs, and bring our experience, quality, and culture of safety that have always distinguished our way of doing business. It is a long-term vision, geared toward solid, sustainable, and truly global development.” Emiliana Serbatoi’s online at www.emilianaserbatoi.com website and on the main social networks.
