Industrial fluids farm composed by 5 double-wall vertical cylindrical tanks, with a capacity of 25.000 liters each (total: 125.000). The tanks with conical, dished and hemmed bottom, are built in stainless steel of first choice; the constructive method foresees the positioning on 4 legs (300x300mm) made in AISI304 folded stainless steel sheet complete with support plates.
The tanks are equipped with a central upper cover with a diameter of 400 mm and a lower manhole with a diameter of 700 mm, both made of stainless steel. Each tank is equipped with a Eurovac model double wall leak detector system working at vacuum: the device generates a depression of 400 mbar inside the interspace keeping it, by means of a pump, consistently between minimum and maximum preset levels.
The roof of the tanks, which reach a height of 6.75 meters, is accessible via a ladder that leads to the 17-meter long gangway, composed of load-bearing profiles, and a trampling floor with galvanized panels. The structure is completed by the gangway support columns with support plate for anchoring to the basin edge and an upper plate, to close the column, for fixing the platform.
The project has been realized in Italy and compliance with anti-injury laws.
