CAMPOGALLIANO (ITALY) -  A refuelling station for AdBlue® is the new proposal by Emiliana Serbatoi, an innovative and technological product that focus the attention on the increasing diffusion of Urea. At the same time, it reveals that the Italian company, international leader in the field of tanks and storage systems, wants to work in the automotive sector. The station has been called EmilBlue Station and it is fitted with electronic head Mid certified and duly insulated for an adequate storage of the liquid. EmilBlue Station has been designed for the installation on existing platforms and gas stations with three available versions: one dispenser with one nozzle for truck refuelling (truck-service),  one for car refuelling (car-service) or both. The storage capacity is two-thousand liters.
Urea-based solutions are loaded from the top of the device, thanks to a special loading port through which  the authorized personnel can make the periodical maintenance; in addition to that, the station can be equipped with additional accessories, like heater for container and dispenser, and visual indicator with Led light that show levels of liquid.

As we already said, EmilBlue Station was designed and manufactured due to AdBlue® increased use on next-generation vehicles and, by acknowledging market inputs, Emiliana Serbatoi underlines once again its commitment to provide customers with a complete service in terms of storage and refueling of Urea-based solutions. EmilBlue Station is compliant with the European regulations and CE marked and it has been presented by the Italian company at the latest edition of Transpotec-Asphaltica fair in Verona. The station was at the centre of AdBlue®-section that also included other recent products such as Emiltrolley and Emilcaddy.

Emiltrolley is an important innovation in the automotive sector, but the product is not only designed for the car-service. This trolley is an excellent and  ideal solution for the supply of Urea to cars since it is equipped with a 220V pump (flow rate: 30 l/m), 3m of hose and ZVA automatic nozzle (with built-in automatic flow adjustment to 5-10 l/m by means of a special included key).  The empty drum installed on Emiltrolley weighs 28 kg, has a width of 750 mm, 800 mm deep and 1100 mm high; it is also provided with top handle for easy movements, 4 puncture-proof wheels (2 fixed and 2 swivel with brakes), top relief valve and adjustable hook. The trolley can be also equipped with a different version suitable for the refuelling of heavy-duty operating vehicles in construction, mining, agricultural sites and trucks in general.

Emilcaddy, on the other side, is the car-service’s version of the well-known mobile polyethylene container successfully produced by ES, available also in petrol, diesel and lubricant versions. Emilcaddy car service combines the traditional benefits of the tank (top handle for easy grip and lifting, filling cap with air vent device, strong and resistance structure and materials) with a far-sighted and practical delivery unit equipped with DC 12V pump, 3m EPDM hose, fuel meter K24 (optional) and ZVA automatic nozzle with flow rate regulator to 5 – 10 litres per minute.
