Traspo® Doppelwand
Traspo® Doppelwand is the first double-walled steel tank approved for transporting diesel and gasoline.
At the top it is equipped with a closable, servo-assisted compartment to contain and protect the pump unit.
Every detail has been specifically designed for road construction sites where heavy-duty use is required: from the ease of handling (it can be lifted with a full load from both above and below) to the thicknesses.

The double wall allows the Traspo® Doppelwand to comply with the regulations of those markets that for environmental safety explicitly require this type of structure for transport tanks. This configuration and type approval, in fact, prevent contamination to the environment even in the event of damage or impact, allowing fuel to be transported in extreme safety.

It has undergone numerous stress tests to obtain the main fuel transport approvals: ADR (road), RID (rail), ADN (lakes and rivers) and IMDG (maritime).

DIESEL CONFIGURATION

Configuration model AC:
  • DC fuel transfer pump, mod. DEVIL40 (12 or 24V), flow rate 40 l/min.
  • 5 m of hose.
  • Automatic nozzle.
  • 6 m of battery power cable and bipolar connector
  • Optional: 1 rapid couplings for generator sets feeding (feeding + return line)

Configuration model BC:
  • AC fuel transfer pump, mod. DEVIL55 (230 V), flow rate 55 l/min.
  • 5 m of hose.
  • Automatic nozzle.
  • 2 m of power cable with Schuko plug for connection to BC supply (Diesel fuel).
  • Optional: 1 rapid couplings for generator sets feeding (feeding + return line)

Configuration model DF:
  • DC fuel transfer pump, mod. DPUMP (12 or 24V), flow rate 60 l/min.
  • 5 m of hose.
  • Automatic nozzle.
  • 6 m of battery power cable and bipolar connector
  • Optional: 1 rapid couplings for generator sets feeding (feeding + return line)
Configuration model ZC:
  • DC fuel transfer pump, mod. 12/24V, flow rate 35/70 l/min
  • 5 m of hose.
  • Automatic nozzle.
  • 6 m of battery power cable and bipolar connector
  • Optional: 1 rapid couplings for generator sets feeding (feeding + return line)

Configuration model GE:
  • 1 rapid couplings for generator sets feeding (feeding + return line)

GASOLINE CONFIGURATION


Configuration model EE:
  • 12V Pump mod. EX50 ATEX Certified, flowrate 45 lit/min.
  • 5 mt antistatic hose.
  • ATEX automatic nozzle.
  • 5 mt electrical cable with bipolar connector.
  • 4 mt grounding cable with crocodile clamps.

Configuration model UE:
  • 12V Pump mod. EX75 ATEX Certified, flowrate 75 lit/min.
  • 5 mt antistatic hose.
  • ATEX automatic nozzle.
