To solve the fuel transport issue, Emiliana Serbatoi has designed and developed TRASPO®, a range of steel tanks, in the compliance of the following approvals: ADR (road transport), ADN (transport on inland  waters), IMDG (sea transport) and RID (rail transport). TRASPO® tanks are manufactured in carbon steel, tight welded and are externally protected by a sturdy steel frame. The TRASPO® range consists of five  tank’s models with the following capacities: 250, 380, 450, 620 and 910 liters. TRASPO® 620 and 910 models are also equipped with internal breakwater plates.

TRASPO® tanks are manufactured in carbon steel, tight welded and are externally protected by a sturdy steel frame. The TRASPO® range consists of five  tank’s models with the following capacities: 250, 380, 450, 620 and 910 liters. TRASPO® 620 and 910 models are also equipped with internal breakwater plates.

  • Horizontal (Mod. 380-620-910) or vertical (Mod. 250-450) cylindrical tanks
  • Fixed in a shock proof and anti-roll protective steel frame.
  • Watertight electro-welded, sandblasted and oven-baked powder coated. The coating is applied electrostatically (the powder is sprayed using an electrostatic gun) and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a skin.
  • Equipped with internal breakwater plates (only for 620 and 910 models).
  • Manhole, diam. Ø 300 mm complete with gasket and tight bolted cover, 10 mm thickness.
  • 2” safety and emergency vent valve, homologated according to regulations.
  • Mechanical level gauge (Option), cod.TFTxxxYINDLIV, where xxx= tank volume in liters.
  • Safety ball valve installed on the suction/ drain point, equipped with a lockable lever to prevent unwanted opening.
  • Structural lifting lugs for balanced lifting from the top (including when tank is full).
  • Forklift pockets located on the bottom of the steel frame.
  • Bottom steel frame is configurated for floor anchoring.
  • The unit is ready for earthing and equipotential connection.
  • TRASPO® can be provided with a fuel transfer system, battery operated, installed in an oven- baked powder coated metal cabinet, key lockable, fitted according to the customer’s requirements.
